Astrology, in plain language
Most family strain is not a lack of love. It is two people who have never been given the language to understand how the other one is built. These assessments give you that language — for yourself first, and then for the people you are in it with.
Language for what you already know
Most of it will not surprise you. That is the point. It gives a voice to something you have lived with for years without a name for it.
Plain language
No jargon in the body of your reading. The astrology sits in the footnotes, where you can follow it if you want to.
Honest, and kind
Real difficulties are named, not smoothed over. Never as a verdict — always as the place where a little intentionality goes the furthest.
Where to start
The hardest relationships are rarely short on love. They are short on translation — and that is at its most painful between a parent and a child.
A Personal Assessment of your own chart. Understanding how you are wired is the first step to changing a relationship, because the part of it you can actually move is you.
This is why every relational reading includes a Personal Assessment for each person.
Your child, your partner, your parent, a sibling. Anyone you keep hitting the same wall with. You'll need their birth date, time and place.
Birth time is the one worth chasing down — it's usually on the birth certificate.
A Relational or Romantic Assessment reads the two charts against each other — where you naturally fit, where you grate, and what to actually do about it.
You can add as many people as you want to understand.
The same moment, twice
The difficulty is usually not the thing you are looking at. It is the wiring underneath it.
The life view
A mother has a pre-teen daughter who is gentle in spirit and does well in school. Lately she notices deep emotional states, and a withdrawal from the family. Her daughter seems healthy by every measure she can name, and still something feels off.
The astrology lens
The mother's nature is rooted in Sagittarius optimism, with a tendency to want to blanket every sad situation with "it'll be okay, it'll get better". Her daughter is a tender Cancer Sun who genuinely just needs her mom to hold space for her emotions and let her work through things when they feel overwhelming. Holding space became the area of growth in this relationship, and it is what has helped them thrive.
The life view
A father and his teenage son used to be inseparable. Now every conversation turns into a negotiation. The son pushes back on everything, and his father has started bracing for an argument before he is through the door — reading the resistance as disrespect.
The astrology lens
The father's Capricorn Sun runs on structure and earned respect, where a rule is care made practical. His son's Aries Mars needs something solid to test himself against in order to feel his own strength, so the pushing is not rejection, it is how he is building a self. Offering choices instead of verdicts turned the same energy from a threat into something the two of them could use.
From my own Personal Assessment
A Personal Assessment runs to 11 in-depth sections, each on an area of life — from your emotional landscape and how you communicate, to your work and calling, to growth and healing. It is written the way I would say it to you, and the astrology is kept in the footnotes so the reading stays yours rather than a lesson in charts.
Section Two — Emotional landscape
Your emotional world is quietly enormous. You process through feeling first and language second, and you do most of it in private even when you are surrounded by people. The people you let in all the way are few, but the care you extend to them is deep, consistent, and protective in a way that never quite announces itself.
You are someone who feels the wellbeing of the group. When the people around you are struggling, you feel it in your body before anyone says a word. This is not a burden you chose — it is just how you are wired. The challenge is learning to notice where your feelings end and someone else's begin, because the line is genuinely hard for you to find.
An excerpt from my own reading. The line below the text is the footnote — that is where the astrology lives.

The readings
Begin with your own chart. Add a relational reading for anyone you want to understand better, and as many of them as you like.
Where everyone starts. A deep reading of your own chart — how you are wired, how you feel, and what you are growing into. Understanding yourself is the part of any relationship you can actually move.
the relational reading plus a Personal Assessment for each person — add as many people as you like
For the relationship you keep hitting the same wall in — a parent and child, siblings, close friends. Not who is right, but how two people are built differently and what to do about it.
the relational reading plus a Personal Assessment for each person — add as many people as you like
A reading for a couple — what each partner needs and how to love them well.
